With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a Master's on resilience in sports, and a second master's in mental performance consulting from the University of Ottawa, I am now dedicated to offering group fitness classes and sharing insights to help individuals like you unlock your full potential, conquer your fitness goals, and navigate through any setbacks along the way.
