Meet Sara Jessy

I am a former varsity and professional hockey player. My journey through 15 years of high-level athletic experience has taught me the undeniable power of mindset in achieving one's goal.

With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a Master's on resilience in sports, and a second master's in mental performance consulting from the University of Ottawa, I am now dedicated to offering group fitness classes and sharing insights to help individuals like you unlock your full potential, conquer your fitness goals, and navigate through any setbacks along the way.
